Terms of Service
Updated June 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of SuperPublisher (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and is not legal advice.
1. What the Service does
SuperPublisher is software that generates content, builds, and publishes content sites. The served site runs on the server and domain YOU control (self-hosted/client-owned). We provide content generation, the framework, and publishing tools; the hosting, operation, and editorial responsibility for the final site are yours.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at signup. Accounts are for you or your company and may not be shared to resell the Service.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis at the amount and currency shown at checkout. The free trial lasts 10 days; after that, content generation requires an active subscription. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid cycle. Article packs and add-ons are billed as purchased. Refunds follow applicable law; contact us about any incorrect charge.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive content or anything that violates ad-platform policies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Google Ads). The compliance gate reduces risk by construction, but final compliance of the published site is your responsibility. Reselling, sublicensing, or cloning the Service is prohibited.
5. License and ownership
The content you generate and publish is yours. The framework, runtime code, prompts, and playbook are ours, licensed to you under a sustainable-use (anti-resale) model while your subscription is active. If you cancel, an already-published site stays live on your server (graceful degradation) — we do not delete files from your host; what stops are cloud generation and updates.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (Stripe for payments, OpenAI for text generation, Cloudflare for build hosting, and — when you connect them — your own Google/Meta accounts). Use of those is also subject to their terms.
7. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, or ad-network approval outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Questions: nathan@manah.digital.
